Whitefish, Montana boasts numerous Galleries located in the accessible downtown area, a different gallery to suit every different style! The following will be hosting parties, panel discussions or meet and greets through Friday June 28 and Saturday June 29. Samarah Fine Art specializes in the finest of original works by local, regional and nationally recognized artists. Going to The Sun Gallery
This gallery celebrates and offers fine art and custom made jewelry. Proudly representing Montana and regional artists as well as artists from Canada and many parts of the U.S. The Gallery’s owner, Rochelle, is also a represented artist here- a sculptor of the wonderful bronzes. In addition, she creates much of the unique custom made jewelry. Frame of Reference Gallery
Known for their impeccable framing, Frame of Reference also shows almost exclusively original works created by both emerging and established artists with a connection to the wild places we call home; mediums include paint, glass, bronze, photography and wood, and every artist we show has representation because one or more of us has a visceral reaction to their creations. In addition, we now feature a carefully-curated collection of secondary market pieces, works that have come from private holdings and are available to enrich your personal collection and feed your soul. These are primarily works by significant artists from the Old and New West – from Charlie Russell to Russell Chatham, this ever-changing exhibit is always worth a visit.

Group B Galleries is a collective of local and renowned photographers, displaying perspectives from stunning locations around the world and showcasing the spectacular beauty of Glacier National Park. Nancy Cawdrey Gallery
Visit us at the Nancy Cawdrey Gallery & Lounge in the heart of Whitefish, Montana, nestled against the Whitefish Range. Stumptown Art Studios
Stumptown Art Studio is a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization established 1995 in Whitefish, Montana. As a community art center, Stumptown Art Studio takes pride in serving people of all ages and abilities, from professional artists to backyard artists, and to anyone seeking an artistic adventure.
ART OUTREACH: Stumptown Art Studio provides art opportunities for kids and adults in our own classroom and off-site art instruction in area schools through field trips and off-site outreach classes. Our traveling art mobile, the Van Gogh…visits locations throughout the area; public and private schools, special needs organizations, youth enrichment programs, senior centers and more.
For the past 20 years, S.A.S. has offered Art with the Masters classes, summer camps, guest-artist workshops, art treks, after-school art club and monthly gallery exhibits . The Studio also has a Clay Cellar with pottery wheels, slabroller, kiln, tools and glazes, all available for co-op members.
Stumptown will be giving an artist-led pottery demonstration Saturday the 29th at 11AM. Come get your hands dirty!

Whitefish Pottery/Stillwater Gallery
Whitefish Pottery is known for their full line of functional stoneware pottery, handmade on the wheel. The downtown retail store features the Whitefish Pottery line as well as one-of-a-kind pieces by the artists who work in the studio. It also features pieces by potters from across the Flathead Valley and the state of Montana. In addition to pottery, they also carry many other art and gift items made by local artists. The Stillwater Gallery (located within Whitefish Pottery) hosts both regional and national artists in rotating shows. Want to take a tour? Take a beautiful drive to the studio, located just five miles west of Whitefish to see the artists at work. While there you can tour the Anagama, one of the largest wood-firing kilns in Montana.
